Link Explanation: Exercise, in many ways, is a way to achieve space and time. It may be getting outside, away from the computer, or it may be in a busy gym, but isolating through listening to music and ignoring the world. Either way, you are consciously setting aside a moment to break away from the stressors of life. In my case, as discussed in the link, I find myself unusually creative in these moments.
